Hi, my name is Evan Jones, but everyone calls me EJ. I am a machine learning engineer and data scientist. I currently work as a Data Scientist at Mercedes-Benz in Atlanta. Additionally, I serve as a lead graduate instructional associate instructor at Georgia Tech serving under Dr. Frederic Bien. Our course, Analytics in Business, is a core course in Georgia Tech’s MS of Analytics program and covers a wide variety of cross cutting topics from logistics, marketing, finance, and each of their connections to data analytics. I graduated from Georgia Tech’s MS in Analytics with a concentration in computational statistics in the fall of 2021. Prior to earning my MS, I obtained my BBA in Finance with a specialization in asset and security valuation from the University of Georgia in the Spring of 2019.
